Windsor Deli is Chef Bobby Howell's CIA-trained take on a neighborhood deli, serving fresh breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 7525 Tilghman Street in Allentown. From house-brined turkey clubs to hot cheesesteaks, everything is cooked to order with fine-dining technique and warm counter service.
